Over the past six years, I've worked across the United Nations, international business organisations, and the private sector, supporting initiatives in public policy, strategic partnerships, events and programme delivery.

Although the sectors have ranged from food security and trade to corporate sustainability and climate, my work has consistently involved bringing together stakeholders, coordinating complex projects, and helping organisations move strategic priorities into implementation..

What I'm consistently trusted with is taking something dense a regulatory filing, a partnership strategy or a mid-term evaluation and breaking it down into points a decision-maker can act on in five minutes. Past teams have valued me specifically for the depth and accuracy of the research underneath, while maintaining the polish of the output.

One thing I've learned is that policy, partnerships, and programme management rarely exist in isolation. Good ideas only create impact when stakeholders are aligned, partnerships are strong, and implementation is well coordinated. That's the intersection where I enjoy working most.

How I work

I enjoy working on problems that don't have obvious answers. Before thinking about solutions, I focus on understanding the context, the people involved, the constraints, and the resources already available.

From there, I build structured approaches that turn complexity into something practical. Depending on the project, that might mean designing an assessment framework, developing a communications strategy, or translating research into actionable recommendations. Whatever the context, my goal is to create work that is evidence-based, implementable and designed to move projects from strategy to delivery.
